National Public Health Management Center (NPMC) is a knowledge transfer and research center located near the historical site of Rab'-e Rashidi in north-eastern part of the city of Tabriz, Iran. This center was established in 2001 with the aim of capacity building and improving management skills in health system. Presently, NPMC is one of the World Health Organization’s collaborating centers in Eastern Mediterranean Region.
This center holds training programs on health management issues locally, nationally, and regionally to promote health system management and develop and provide human resources for health. This exclusive center brings together an interdisciplinary group of research professionals and policy makers across Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (TUOMS) and institutions of excellence in research from all over the world.
